By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these policies and agree to follow them.

1. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are available by advance booking through my online booking system.

Please provide accurate contact information when booking.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation.

Please arrive on time for office appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client's appointment.

Mobile clients must provide a safe, accessible space for the massage session.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. Which is your deposit.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

Emergency cancellation are determined at the therapist's discretion. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours before the session.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Accepted payment methods and any required deposits will be communicated during the booking process.

I accept cash, card, Zelle, your deposit will be taking out of your total.

4. Mobile Massage Policy

Mobile massage services are provided at the client's location within my service area.

The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable space for the session.

Please ensure there is adequate room for the massage table and equipment.

Clients should provide accurate address and parking information.

Travel fees or additional charges, if applicable, will be communicated before booking.

I reserve the right to decline or end a session if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Office Appointments

Office appointments are available during designated office hours.

Please respect the scheduled appointment time and arrive prepared for your session.

Office and mobile services may have different pricing and availability. Please review the applicable service menu when booking.

6. Client Health & Intake Forms

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information on their intake forms, including relevant health concerns, injuries, medications, allergies, and any changes in health.

Please inform me of any concerns that may affect your massage session before treatment begins.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical concern, please consult your healthcare provider.

7. Client Comfort & Professional Boundaries

Your comfort, privacy, and safety are important to me.

Draping will be used appropriately throughout the session.

Clients may request adjustments to pressure, temperature, positioning, or music.

Clients may pause or end a session at any time.

Sexual or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.

Any inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

8. Packages & Promotions

Package terms, expiration dates, promotional restrictions, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.

9. Refunds

Any applicable refund requests will be reviewed according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
